 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Upon successful payment for a Course, the Clients are allowed to cancel their order, at least 7 business days prior to commencement of the service, beyond which cancellation will not be allowed.

Requests received beyond this stipulated time window, shall not be considered for Cancellation or refund and the customer can avail access to the Services/Course content as prescribed by the company for the subscription period.

  • When a service period starts, we provide immediate access to our Logistics to services / Course Content. We do not issue Refunds in case any cancellation request is submitted during 7 business days prior to the commencement of any service. The client will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the subscription period or choose to avail the next service period, as and when scheduled by the company
  • In the event of cancellation as per norms, there will be an administrative charge of Rs.500 per request to be borne by the client

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account, after deducting the charges as stipulated by the payment gateway provider, as applicable
